Asian Theme Dinner

We are thrilled to invite you to an unforgettable evening at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City—our Asian Night on October 3rd! Join us for a five-course dinner that showcases Chef Scott’s passion for contemporary Asian fusion cuisine.

Arrive at 5:30 PM to be seated and enjoy one of Terri’s featured cocktails. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The cost for this exquisite dining experience is $70.00 per person.

Please note that our regular dinner menu will not be available that evening. Reservations must be made by Monday, September 9th, as seating is limited. Any requests received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.

Asian Night Menu:

Amuse:

First Course:

• Magical butterfly (shrimp mousse, seared tuna loin, edamame puree, spicy mayo, eel sauce)

Second Course:

• Garlic and chili marinated baby cucumbers with seaweed salad

Third Course:

• Gingered shiitake mushroom and baby spinach chicken roulade, sweet soy reduction, crispy

Fourth Course:

• Char sui pork ribeye, sweet soy glazed lobster tail meat, stir-fried asparagus, wasabi mashed potatoes

Fifth Course:

• Banh Gan (Vietnamese mocha flan)
